Since your order is printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the variant and size of their purchase. To better help you choose the right size, we have provided a size chart on each product page.
Within 24 hours since your order placement, you can contact our customer service team and request an order modification.
After that time frame, we’ve already started working on your order and you’ll no longer be able to modify it.

1. Within 12 hours from the purchasing time: please be well-informed that 10% of your total order value should be charged for a shipping label and a transaction fee on Payment Gateway.
2. Within 12-24 hours from the purchasing time: please be well-informed that 30% of your total order value should be charged for management, processing, a transaction fee on Payment Gateway and other process fees.
3. Every cancellation request made later than 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and you’ll no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
At YourGears, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it might rarely happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. If the case happens to you, we guarantee 100% satisfaction by offering you a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.
All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please email us at [email protected] and our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or a refund for you!
To return your items, you should contact our customer service team for further instructions. Please bear in mind that you will take responsibility for paying the returning fee.
Kindly ensure that:
+ The item is purchased within the last 60 days.
+ The product is unwashed, unworn and unused.
+ We are using All-over printing technology. It means that all of our designs were printed on 100% polyester material. Therefore, we DO NOT offer a refund if the issue is related to the material.
+ We have already added a size chart to every product’s description. Therefore, we DO NOT offer a refund if you choose a size not fit for purpose.
Order not received
If your item has not arrived within 60 days after your order placement, kindly contact us at our Contact Us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase.
Please note that this policy is not applied if you provide us with incorrect shipping information on your order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries. Also, it takes approximately one week – three months to receive your parcel back for re-dispatch depending on the shipping arrangement. Modified details should be sent to our email [email protected] in the prompt time.
Because all products are personalized, we DO NOT offer return. But if the order was damaged or incorrect, we will offer refund or resend.
Shipping delay during Covid-19
The consequences of this pandemic are enormously spreading out the entire world, especially with logistic companies, who can not ensure the prompt delivery time. Therefore, we do hope to receive your understanding of the late shipment. During this time, we will make our efforts to urge the shipping courier to fasten the procedure at the highest. Please note that it might take an extra period of 14-20 days longer than usual.
